Meet the team
Vladimir
Vladimir Chebotarev is the founder of MoyaWerk and has both Dutch and Ukrainian roots. This background gives him a first-hand understanding of how important it is to feel seen and understood while building a new life in the Netherlands. He completed a legal education in the Netherlands and has supported displaced Ukrainians and other newcomers for many years with social and legal questions, integration and employment.
Vladimir has seen how language barriers, unfamiliar rules and different expectations between employers and employees can make it difficult to find suitable work. He founded MoyaWerk to help change this. As a social enterprise, MoyaWerk puts people first: not only the vacancy or the CV, but also each person’s experience, talents, circumstances and ambitions. By supporting both employee and employer from the outset, MoyaWerk promotes fair opportunities, sustainable employment relationships and the chance for people to build an independent future in the Netherlands.
